Heart Evangelista shared a peek at her elementary school yearbook profile from Colegio de San Agustin.
In an interview with Sparkle titled “I’m Ready for My Close Up Pic-Talk,” the Kapuso Global Fashion Icon read what she wrote in her yearbook profile.
“I’m very understanding and down-to-earth. I love animals, and I’m fond of painting and acting. I hope to become an actress someday. I believe that time is gold because every second counts. We should do worthwhile activities every second of the day.”
Heart said she cherishes her yearbook profile because most of the things she wrote have come true.
“I love this in particular because lahat ng sinulat ko diyan basically came true,” she said.
“I still believe that time is gold. I love animals. I wanted to be a vet, and I said I was the president of the drama club and art club, and I wanted to become an actress one day,” she added.
Heart is set to star in the second season of her Kapuso show “Heart World,” premiering on GMA Network on Saturday at 9:30 p.m.
The first season of Heart World premiered in October 2024 and concluded in January 2025. The reality series gave viewers an exclusive look into the life of the Global Fashion Icon, including the time she met South Korean actress Song Hye Kyo at Paris Fashion Week.
It also featured her renewal of vows with husband Chiz Escudero, her opening of the Atelier Zuhra show in Dubai, and her relief efforts for typhoon victims through the Senate Spouses Foundation, among others.
The reality series also showed a more vulnerable side of Heart, as she opened up about being hurt by her “most loyal soldiers.” —Hermes Joy Tunac/JCB, GMA Integrated News
