A pet cam captured the unfortunate moment a six-month-old puppy managed to roll out of bed, but it’s his reaction immediately after that’s truly left the internet in hysterics.

Dog owner Sophie Collins had just woken up shortly after 9 a.m. with her dog Milo, a Rottweiler and border collie mix, beside her when the unexpected ordeal took place. As Milo tried to sprawl out and stretch his paws out in the air, he overestimated just how much space was left on the bed. As a result, the poor pup ended up rolling straight off the mattress and landing awkwardly on the floor.

Collins, from the U.K, told Newsweek that Milo had “just woken up” and was given quite the surprise by what happened. Fortunately, he wasn’t hurt and it was just a slight bruise to his ego.

“I thought it was so funny, but I was also worried that he’d hurt himself in the process,” Collins said.

But if the fall itself wasn’t embarrassing enough, the pet camera footage only added insult to injury. Collins shared the hilarious footage of Milo’s dedicated TikTok account (@milotherottercollie) showing how he reacted in the immediate aftermath.

After rolling off the bed, Milo can be seen staring back at his owner in the bed with an incredibly frustrated facial expression. The poor pup certainly wasn’t happy about what unfolded, but the internet can’t get enough. Since the clip was shared on TikTok in March, it has gone viral with over 72,200 views and more than 9,000 likes at the time of writing.

Needless to say, it wasn’t the way Milo wanted the day to start by any means. Collins couldn’t help but laugh at the dramatic pet cam footage, as she joked on TikTok that she can’t help but laugh at “the way he looks to see if [she] saw.”

Fortunately, Milo didn’t injure himself and his utter embarrassment ended there. Collins told Newsweek that her puppy got “back into bed” immediately after taking a tumble. He clearly wasn’t ready to start his day at that point.

“The only reaction to the video has been so positive already. It’s been shared thousands of times on TikTok so far,” Collins continued.

TikTok users can’t get enough of Milo’s misfortune, leading many to laud his unimpressed reaction in the comments in the days since the video was shared.

One comment reads: “Looking at you as if it’s your fault.”

While another bemused commenter simply wrote: “Same.”
