On the afternoon of October 23, the Tran De Border Guard Station, under the Trung Binh Border Guard Post (Can Tho City), safely brought four fishermen from Mui Ne (Lam Dong) who had been involved in a boat sinking accident while fishing offshore, back to Tran De port.

According to reporters, the health of the four fishermen, Nguyen Van Hai (44 years old), Nguyen Van Hau (23 years old), Le Van Luom (36 years old), and Bui Van Canh (25 years old), is quite good, but they are still haunted by the recent unexpected accident.
