According to the plan, Beauty Summit 2026 will take place over two days, June 19th and 20th, 2026, at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC). With the theme "BEAUTYVERSE – Shaping a New Standard for the Beauty Industry," the event will bring together 100 international brands, 200 booths, and is expected to welcome 10,000 visitors. The press conference was attended by representatives from the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), HBR Holdings, KL Global & ISO 17024, Weaving Korea, along with numerous medical experts and business leaders.
Unraveling the appeal of brand ambassador Kim Bum
One of the most attention-grabbing pieces of information at the press conference was the announcement that actor Kim Bum will continue to be a sponsor of Beauty Summit 2026.
Mr. Than Minh Hoang, General Director of Hoang Tu Holdings Joint Stock Company, explained that this decision stemmed from the outstanding media impact of the previous event. Kim Bum's first visit to Vietnam to participate in the event garnered over 100 million views, spreading strongly across Thailand, China, South Korea, and many other Asian countries.
"Kim Bum possesses a classy and sophisticated demeanor and has a deep connection with his fans. Especially this year, he will return to the screen with the drama 'Sold Out on You,' playing CEO Seo Eric, who works in the cosmetics industry. This alignment perfectly suits the spirit that Beauty Summit is aiming for," Mr. Hoang emphasized.
The solution to the problem of trade management and promotion.
Beyond just media attention, Beauty Summit 2026 focuses on solving practical operational challenges for businesses. The organizers analyzed data from nearly 100,000 customers through the HBR system and previous events to identify the biggest "bottlenecks" in the market.
The result of this process is the launch of a management monograph produced by the Hoang Tu Building team. The publication provides ready-made solutions on business strategy, marketing, sales, human resource management, and AI applications, directly transferred to beauty salon owners.
Assessing the core value of the exhibition, Mr. Hoang Thai Lai, Director of the Center for Economic Communication and Information (VCCI), affirmed that trade promotion activities are a vital element when competitive pressure in the market is increasingly fierce.
Mr. Lai pointed out three immediate benefits the event brings: directly connecting supply and demand, updating on the latest consumer trends and technologies, and establishing a common space for businesses to learn from each other, thereby raising industry standards. In addition, coordinating the organization of in-depth dermatology workshops and cooperating with government agencies will promote more sustainable development of the domestic market.
