The feeling of lacking the necessary tools leads many to buy more than they need, without knowing which colors or textures suit them best. As a result, many products are only used once or twice before ending up gathering dust in a drawer.
A more practical approach is to learn how to use what you already have effectively first, and then add more as needed. Understanding how cosmetics work on your skin is more important than having a lot of products.
