Based on the report from Vietranstimex Multimodal Transport Joint Stock Company (authorized representative of the owner of the Trung Nam S 05 barge) and the comments and suggestions from the meeting on October 16th between the Ho Chi Minh City Maritime Port Authority and relevant units, the Port Authority has approved the plan to ensure maritime safety during the towing and transportation of the main span of the pedestrian bridge across the Saigon River.
The main span of the pedestrian bridge over the Saigon River was moved onto the Trung Nam S 05 barge early this morning (October 16).
