On October 22nd, the Road Management Area II (Vietnam Road Administration) announced that it had sent a document requesting the Nghe An Provincial Project Management Board to urgently review the speed limit signs on the coastal road section from Nghi Son Economic Zone (Thanh Hoa) to the intersection with Cua Hoi Bridge (Nghe An).

The proposal was made after many drivers complained about the frequent appearance of construction site signs and speed limit signs of 30-40km/h on the road, even on sections where construction has been completed and there is no longer any ongoing work.
