Kia Philippines will preview the upcoming Kia EV5 during the next leg of the Kia Movement event scheduled from March 13 to 15, 2026, at Alabang Town Center.
The three-day display will give the public an early look at the EV5, the brand’s newest electric vehicle offering. Visitors will also have the opportunity to test-drive the model at the event.
The EV5 is positioned in the compact SUV segment and features a modern exterior design combined with advanced technology. It is powered by an 88.1-kWh battery and has a claimed driving range of up to 550 km on a full charge. According to Kia Philippines, the EV5 is designed for both daily commuting and longer trips, while offering lower running and maintenance costs than conventional vehicles.
“The presence of the EV5 preview at Alabang Town Center marks a new chapter in our push toward an electrified future, building on the premium innovation established by the EV9,” said Jay Lopez. “It reinforces our commitment to delivering stylish, purposeful, and capable electric vehicles that integrate into the Filipino lifestyle.”
Alongside the EV5 preview, Kia Philippines will also offer limited-time promotions on selected models during the event. The Kia Carnival SX Diesel will be available with discounts of up to ₱270,000. Meanwhile, the Kia Sorento Turbo Hybrid will be available with savings ranging from ₱50,000 to ₱100,000. Flexible financing options will also be available across the lineup.
Kia Philippines will begin accepting early reservations for the EV5 starting March 13. Interested buyers may visit the Kia Movement display at Alabang Town Center to place reservations and learn more about the vehicle ahead of its official launch.
